From the 3rd to the 5th of October, Como will host a new and captive event: the first edition of the Como Tattoo Convention. This event will take place at Lariofiere Exhibition and Convention Center, in Erba, a town in the province of Como. This venue will become the fulcrum of an important artistic event, featuring renowned tattoo artists and piercers from different parts of the world. An opportunity to discover and celebrate the tattoo culture and body art in a unique creative and stylistic framework.
The convention is designed and organized by Olcelli Farmaceutici S.r.l., a company that has been working in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector since 80 years. Always attentive to skin care, Olcelli Farmaceutici has created Linea Tattoo®, a made-in-Italy product line, tested and created for the care and maintenance of tattooed skin. The Linea Tattoo® team, with passion and dedication, is strongly committed to seeking opportunities for growth and new challenges, and, this time, decided to provide its know-how and experience in the sector to organize a unique event in the Como area: the first edition of the Como Tattoo Convention. The aim is not only to enhance the talent of the artists, but above all, to bring a new concept to the Como area by promoting its fame nationally and internationally.
During the three-day event, from 11am to 11 pm on Friday and Saturday and until 10 pm on Sunday, the Exhibition and Convention Center Lariofiere of Erba (CO), will be enlivened by art, music and shows.
The event will take place in three different pavilions:
- Inside the pavilions A and B will be set up booths dedicated to Italian and foreign renowned tattoo artists and piercers, ready to create authentic works of art on the skin and to compete for specially designed contests. Each booth will be provided with all the necessary safety devices to ensure the execution of tattoos and piercings in full compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards. Moreover, the important brands of the sector will be invited. They will be present in booths dedicated to the assistance on the care and the maintenance of tattoos and piercings and distribution of exclusive gadgets! There will be also booths dedicated to the exhibition of works of art, the sale of customized merchandising, jewels and piercings.
- The central pavilion will host a latest generation stage, where visitors could attend unforgettable shows, live music, artistic performances and the awaited contest award ceremonies.
Outside the building, a wide area will be dedicated to a selection of food trucks, that will propose menus coming from the cuisines of all over the world.
